WHERE DO WE SHIP? 
Beauty by Sorrosa offers worldwide shipping and all currencies are in CAD$, the conversion will be demonstrated upon checkout. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once you order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process then we will ship as soon as we can! Our carrier will take it from there, you will be notified with a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been processed. 

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPMENT ADDRESS?
The customer will have 24 hours to contact us via email if further changes are necessary. 

HOW DOES THE FREE LOCAL DELIVERY WORK?
Upon checkout, the customer will see if they are eligible for the free local delivery! All deliveries will be sent out the Saturday following their order.
